In no way, shape or form is it ok for an 8 year old child to be botoxed, lasered or waxed.

    So much I could say, but I'm not gonna write an essay in your comment box.

    But yeah, someone needs to get involved - whether police or social services I don't know, but it's abuse.

    I am not defending this lady. She's nuts. But I'm curious. Are there any serious long term side effects from giving a child botox? I have not done enough research to know. Personally I don't think she should be locked up. But she should be examined by a social worker and she should probably have her child taken away from her.

    The kid was taken away from her. I don't know what the side effects would be, but why chance it? It's freakin poison! And she's injecting it into an 8 year old. AND the 8 year old is so warped from living with this psycho mom that she thinks she needs it because she has wrinkles and wrinkles are bad because they make you too ugly to compete in a beauty pageant??? It's sick!!!

    Pageant mothers can be major nut-balls and that's a fact!! They want these little girls to look like women - it's sick, living vicariously through your child? Botox for a child, cosmetic surgery, all of those types of things for a beauty pageant is insane!
